Our Retail Skills Bootcamp is designed for unemployed adults ready to build real-world skills in communication, customer service, and teamwork. You’ll gain the tools to thrive in fast-paced retail environments, grow your confidence, and be able step into your next role feeling ready, capable, and supported.

This course is fully funded by The Solent Growth Partnership for eligible leamers!

 

Your commitment to the course:

  • Attend 60 guided learning hours (over 2 weeks)
  • Actively engage with the trainer and participants
  • Stay in touch with Fareport for up to 6 months

What you will get:

  • Knowledge of how to present and promote products in-store
  • Awareness of how to keep yourself and others safe in a retail environment

Course eligibility:

  • To be eligible for funding, you must be:
  • Aged 19 or older & unemployed
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Live in the Solent area
  • Have maintained UK residency for the last 3 years

Course dates:

3rd of November until the 14th of November
